NORMAS BÁSICAS DE CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE

Imuno-Histoquímica

1. Antes de encaminhar o caso para avaliação imuno-histoquímica, o patologista veterinário avalia a qualidade de fixação e preservação do material, minimizando falsos resultados por problemas pré-processuais (fase pré-analítica). Por exemplo, não é indicado o exame imuno-histoquímico para amostras teciduais com fixação inadequada em formol tamponado a 10%, descalcificação com ácidos fortes e com estados avançados de autólise, necrose ou hemorragia.

2. Para cada anticorpo aplicado no caso enviado, utilizamos paralelamente uma lâmina sabidamente positiva (controle positivo).
